Founded by M Ian Blanchard in 2010 after his global journey took him from the Caribbean to Silicon Valley, the Cayman Islands, Yemen in the Middle East and then back to the Caribbean with a multinational communications company. After spearheading a Caribbean wide transformation from 2008 to 2010, Coach IanB as he is affectionately called started the Caribbean Institute of Leadership & Coaching (CILC) started with it's Caribbean Leadership Bootcamp in Trinidad & Tobago. He then became the franchise owner of the world's number one coaching franchise; ActionCOACH for Barbados & the Eastern Caribbean, which he kept until 2017. We branched out with our own coaching and organizational and business development programs in 2017 supporting family and mid-size businesses.

CILC began hosting the Caribbean's premier leadership conference --Leadercast, bringing transformative events to countries such as Trinidad, Barbados, Grenada, and Guyana.
