The Caribbean Institute of Leadership & Coaching (CILC)
The CILC started in 2010, with the creation and delivery of the Caribbean Leadership Bootcamp and the purchase of the ActionCOACH business coaching Franchise. The CILC has significant experience in the areas of business & executive coaching, training, strategic planning, change management, and team development facilitation. experience. The team is comprised of certified business & executive coaches, and a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer, and speaker on the team.
We have a good track record of facilitating Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Leadership development, team effectiveness, Employee Engagement, and business development programs.

A Professional Services firm with headquarters in Barbados and office in Grenada whose purpose is “To Create Sustainable Growth through People & Business Development”.
We service clients mainly across the Caribbean Region providing a range of professional services. We have an in-house team of professional supported by a number of associates.
Our Journey
Founded by M Ian Blanchard after his global journey with a multinational communications company. CILC started with it's Caribbean Leadership Bootcamp and the franchise owner of ActionCOACH for Barbados & the Eastern Caribbean from 2010 to 2017. We branched out with our own coaching and organizational and business development programs.
